Recently I came across a really wonderful app that rates how well certain brands treat the planet, people and animals. This app is named Good On You. I am not sure how I stumbled upon it, maybe Emma Watson? She is a spokesperson for the website (and all things eco friendly) and I absolutely adore her, so that is what I am thinking.
The website is very easy to navigate and lets you search through thousands of common, luxury and designer brands to see how they measure up. Upon research, I found that some of my favorite brands do well in some categories and not so great in others. The rating system is easy to follow, they give 1 to 5 stars in each category (planet, people animals) and tell you what they need to work on. Some brands I was very surprised about, but I will let you discover those on your own!
I highly suggest to check out the website, it is extremely informative and brings awareness that you didn't even know you needed.
